Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style

Hi,

In Word, when defining a style, there is a paragraph format property
titled "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style".

It's very convenient to add extra space before/after a block of
paragraphs, such as a list. Is there any equivalent in Publisher or do
I need to change the settings of each paragraph?
