Don't have permission to share own calendar OL 2007

A user doesn't have permission to share his own Calendar in Outlook
2007. Also the word Reviewer, None, and Custom are gone. Tried making
a new profile. Nothing works.

What can I do?

But the sharing tab is available?
Can you still share any other folders?

Make sure that the user is on-line and that the Exchange Client Extensions
have been enabled.

Yes the sharing tab is available. And oddly, I can share my Tasks.
