dont know our password how do i get it?

we have had a member of our team leave and she put a password on our outlook
can anyone tell me how to remove this password?

Contact the ex-employee. It is illegal to steal company property or to
preclude its access. You think this employee is going to court to get
sued over the loss of company property?
