Dont send mail with file up to 3Mb

Hi , is there any way to block mails with files up to a specified size ,
more or less 3 Mb? Dont send theese mails with this size.Thank you for
answer.

Are you asking about when sending an e-mail or when receiving an e-mail?

when sending , before sending , some times the user want to send many pics
or .ppt files so big and this slow the net here I want to avoid that. Thank
you.
