See Profiles in OL help
ie you create a profile containg 'his' email account, then one containing
'her' email account and set OL to prompt for the profile

I have the same thing.... in fact, I recieve emails from about 7 diferent
accounts, and have to know where they come from. The easiest way I have
found is to use the rules wizard. Create seperate folders, (you can even
list these in the favorite folders section). Then use the rules to send mail
recieved through "the designated account" to the specified folder, then it
arrives. Outlook will Recieve the email, then send it to the appropriate
folder based on which account it was received through.
