One of group gave me a .dot file. After I create a document with it and
click on the 'sent to email' it already has a recepient filled in. However,
it is not who I always send the document to. Any idea on how to clear that
field? The person I got the .dot from can't help, they just live with the
problem and over type the field. They got it from someone else.
