Dotted line

S

Scott

I use a dotted line to connect to one square box to another square box. On
one end, the end touches the joint of the box perfectly well but on the
other end, it does not touch the joint due to dotted line area. Is it
possible to adjust the dotted line to have solid lines on both ends?

Thanks,

Scott

Hi Scott,

This probably changes as your line gets shorter and longer.

If you don't have arrows on the end of your lines, you could create a
custom arrow-head that just looks like a line. Or if you need the
arrowhead, just make a custom end that is arrowhead-plus-line stub.

Visio supports the creation of custom fills, line patterns and
arrowheads. I've written a couple of articles about this subject. Here
