Doubkle pressing the '' key

I was looking at options somewhere in word and clicked on an option that said something about '' double quote option. But I cannot find where to turn it off!

I do not have the hebrew option installed and dont wish to

do you mean replace straight quotes with smart quotes?? No that didnt fix it and i dont think it was where I did the ""damage"", see how I have to press the "" key twice, and then I get double double quotes. The option I thurned on, definately said something about double

Most likely you have an international keyboard selected. Search Word's Help
for "international features." The Help topics you'll get will depend on the
version of Word, but you should find information about enabling and
disabling international keyboards.
