Double calendar entries when accept meeting

When delegated secretary accepts a appointment for her boss the appointment
comes in the calendar of her boss double. One is tentative and the other one
is "accepted".
I tested it with a test appointment when the secretary accepts the
appointment, the appointment comes in the calender of her boss double.
Her boss is a Tier1 user and is not able to login on webmail.

I tried also the following options:
- new .ost file but the apointments are still in the calendar double after
accepting them.
- outlook.exe /cleanreminders
- outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
-Changed the Extend.dat, Frmcache.dat and Outlookcmd.dat to old.
Ran the "outlook.exe /cleanfreebusytime" again.

Any more suggestions?
