double click attachment opens file

Need some help, using Outlook 2003 for email. It use to be that when I
double clicked on an attachement Outlook would ask if I wanted to open the
file or save it to disk. Now it just opens them, is there a option that I
need to check to have Outlook go back to asking me if to open file or save.
I have looked in tools, options but have not seen anything that will restore
that function.

These are settings you make per file type and is not controlled by Outlook
but by Windows;
Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Types

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?

Thank you for the tip, I had looked at that possibility but didn't see away
to reset the ask for file save to disk. With your help I went back and took
a closer look at the options in the advanced section. Seems the option I
wanted is " Comfirm open after download " if unchecked it allows the files to
open, when checked you get the option of openning the file or saving it to
disk.

Thanks agin for your help.
