Double (duplicate) email messages

I have a new problem with Office 2002 (Outlook 2002) now
that I just switched ISP's to a cable broadband provider
(Road Runner). Every incoming message is replicated. This
does not happen when I use Outlook Express! RoadRunner
says that it is a MS problem .
Help!

Symptomatic of several things: 1) Two accounts polling the same server. 2)
A too-short send/receive interval. 3) A too-short server timeout value.
