Double E-Mails.....

My Boss is recieving double e-mails when people just send
him one copy. He is running Microsoft Outlook for his
Internet E-Mails and he is running Outlook Express for
his Campus E-Mail. He does not want to run both account
off of one mail Client.

Any Suggestions,
