double entries in outlook

recently I noticed that outlook is duplicating entries after sync with my
phone, it also happens to a friend of mine with different phone (both Nokia)
is there any way to delete these double entries?

you can use a duplicate remover, but that may cause the device to delete all
of the items, so make sure you have a backup.

work for you or you can use a 3rd party tool.
