Double-entry of appts into Outlook & Pocket PC because of sync pro

When I syncronize my Pocket PC with Outlook, my appointment times are moved
by one hour on my Pocket PC. I am currently doing double entry of all of my
appointments. Has anyone else experienced this problem and does anyone have
a solution?
