Double login required post SP-1

I've encountered several users that are prompted for their password twice
when launching Outlook 2003 after installing SP-1. The Email servers are
Netscape based, and the mailboxes are IMAP. Is there any work around for this
other than remembering password (it is a violation of InfoSec policy).
