Double mail Outlook 2007

Good morning.
Some TS users in Outlook 2007 randomly receive dobles mail; mail ID in
header is the same in both mails, so seems to be an Outlook problem... Can
someone help me? Thanks!
OS: Win Server 2003 Enterprise Edition with Terminal Server
Office 2007 Pro multilicense
All upgrades.
