double password protection

you can use password to open, password to modify, password for formatting,
password for forms, pasword for sections,...
what kind of protection yourr thinking on?

yea but im want two different passwords just to open the files

I can't imagine needed to padlock a document that tightly. Just remember
that if someone really wants that information badly enough, they'll get it.

I would suggest not creating, opening, editing, etc that file on a computer
that may be used by someone else or is attached to a network.

or it is possible to convert it to pdf and file is safer then at doc format.

Safer from what standpoint? Anyone who wants to hack into a document
probably knows how to defeat any protective measures you can come up with.
