Double Spacing in Contacts Notes how do I eliminate.

Sometimes in Outlook 2003, I find that when I want to add information in
contacts that it double spaces lines and I cannot figure out how to make it
single space. Does anyone know how to do that?

If you are using HTML format, try changing to RTF or Plain Text.

I cannot figure out how to do that. I find all kinds of options for doing it
for messages but not for the notes in contacts. You may be on to something
though because it may occur when I copy something from Internet explorer
which would be HTML.

The only way I know is to cut and paste to Notepad, then copy and paste back, preferably into a blank contact.
