Double Spacing in some of the signature

One of our users has an issue with his signature and I am truly stumped. He
has a standard signature in Outlook and when he sends/replies emails
sometimes the name, address and phone number portion of his signature will be
double spaced but the disclaimer message that resides in the signature box,
and is displayed with the name, address and phone number, is still single
spaced. I am at a loss, does anyone have an idea.

Have him use Shift+Enter instead of Enter to end each line in the signature.
