double spacing

hello people, wasn't clear, I mean the double spaces between the owrds not
sentences for example "Hello there everybody hows u?" instead of "hello
there everybody hows u?" notice the spaces between the text. i need it double
spaced between the text, not double line spacing, thanks everyone

Put cursor at beginning of document.
Edit
Replace
"Find what" hit the Space bar once
"Replace with" hit the Space bar twice
Click on Replace All.

You are done
