Doubled adobe acrobat buttons on toolbar and file menu

Hello,

I have Word 2000 and just installed Adobe Acrobat 4.0 professional.

On the toolbar, I have two adobe buttons, and on the file menu I have two
Adobe commands.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe, but just the same.

I have tried using tools/custommise to delete the toolbar button - but it
comes back next time I open a new document. I cannot find any way at all to
delete the doubled command line on the file menu.

Any suggestions how to permanenly get rid of the doubled commands?
