Doubt about email accounts appear minimized on the left corner

Dear all,

There's one thing I always wanted it to know how to do.

I use Outlook as an email client for all my email accounts (IMAP), but whenever I boot outlook, on the left all my email accounts appears minimized, without the items like for example Inbox, Sent, Draft but on the other hand,outlook data file, always appears opened with all the subfolders, do you know how to make on the others accounts?
