I have a weird behavior when calling meetings. I hope some can tell me where
I can start solving this.
When I am calling a meeting, I select the attendees from GAL. When I receive
the acceptance there will be a double entry on Tracking tab. The original to
whom I send the request, for instance John, Sweeper [Amsterdam] is listed, in
a addition to this there is also John, Sweeper [[email protected]] listed
as a optional attendee.
The optional attendee appears after I have received the acceptance from the
user.
And the original John, Sweeper [Amsterdam] status is with out response.
If I check the email address of both, they are the same
"[email protected]"
Only difference that I was able to identify was different display name.
This happens only when sending meeting call to subsidiaries, not locally.

Somehow the outlook does not recognize the incoming Acceptance.
