Downgrade from OffceXP to office2k

I have a little question about downgrade officeXP to Office2K. My scenarie is thet I have 30 users connecting to Exchange2k and 29 of them are running Office2K and one OfficeXP. To streamline the organisation, I would like to have the one downgradet

My question is therefor

What should I be considering, and are there any holes I can fall into. Does someone have a 'Howto' and would help me

Any help is appreciated
