Downgrade MS Office 2007 - 2003 , licenses, productkey,...

I have to install MS Office Prof 2003 on two PC's of a costumer. Because i
cant buy 2003 anymore, I want to buy 2 MS Offices Prof 2007 licenses and
downgrade them to 2003 (not OEM - it is not allowed to downgrade i have read).
I got installation CD's of 2003. Can i use this product key for both
computers or do i need to request new product keys? How can i do it and will
there be additional costs?
