Downgrading 2003 Contact list to 2002

Hello,
We are running Outlook 2002 and we had a new employee start. His ol
company used Outlook 2003, when we try to import his contact list int
our 2002 software it gives an error stating its not compatable. An
work arounds/ ideas?

You need to use Outlook 2003 to create a Outlook 2002 compatible data file
{*.pst file}. Once you create the new data file, you move the contains from
the Outlook 2003 file to the new one. Outlook 2003 Help provides detailed
directions on how to create a new data file.

Thanks for replying, I kind of figured that would be the case... I'll
have to call one of the field guys in next week and use Outlook2k3 on
their thinkpads to do it. Thanks!
