download attachment then ask to open

Using Outlook 2003, I want to save attachments, then have Outlook ask me if I
then want to open the attachments.

You'd need to program that yourself with VBA.

Thanks for your response. Did this exist in older version of Outlook? I have
a user who insists that they had this capability prior to the installation of
Outlook 2003.
