download cetain sources to a specific folder

I have a source with a potentially large number of messages that I would like
to separate from other messages I receive. I have been told that one can set
up a folder to down load those messages to, but I am not able to find out
how. I don't want to have to move them individually. Can anyone help me?

The folder in question would be a folder in a PST (not a Windows folder) and
the method for moving the messages would be a Rule.
