Outlook Express cannot download mail from Exchange. Why are you trying to
do so without leaving a copy of the mail on Exchange?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Via POP, if your Exchange admin has enabled it. By default, POP mail will be
removed from the server. Ask your admin for details on how to connect.

Outlook Express cannot download mail from Exchange. Why are you
trying to do so without leaving a copy of the mail on Exchange?
Well, it can if the Exchange server offers a POP interface, and I know it
can, because we do for some of our non-Windows platforms.
