Download emails automatically?

For some reason my emails are no longer downloading automatically and I have
to click on Send/Receive all the time. Can anyone please tell me what
settings need to be changed? Many thanks

Tools |Options |E-Mail Setup |Send/Receive. The rest should be
self-explanatory.
