Download Entity Organization Charts from Hcue to Visio

I am utilizing Hcue w/CT Advantage to add data about all entities in the
company. When I jump to ownership in order to make a Corporate Organization
Chart I can export to Visio. When I do this I get an excel spreadsheet with
all the info on it. I then use Visio Organizational Chart Wizard to form my
organization chart. Once this is done I need to resize the shapes and can't
figure this out. Just started using Visio and am feeling my way through it.

menu Organization Chart -> Options and change the size of the shapes.
