Download/Export Outlook Webmail

I have an exchange account that I connect to using Outlook webmail and I
would like to export my older emails to a local file. Is this possible with
webmail? I have asked about using Outlook through a HTTP connection, but
that was denied. I am an ouside consultant, so I do not conect directly to
the corporate network.

No, not possible.
Note that OWA is part of Exchange and not Outlook. The correct newsgroup for
OWA is exchange.clients
