Download multiple files w/ one button?

Is it possible to have a user download multiple excel
files, from my FrontPage website to the user's desktop,
using a single hyperlink or single button?

I currently have the files individually linked for
download. However, having them available for a 'group
download' would be much more efficient for our users.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

#1 You can only link to 1 file, for a group download I
would recommend zipping the files together.
#2 There is an 'understanding' in the RFC's (?) that limit
concurrent downloads to 2
