I want to offer free documents that can be downloaded
from my website. The files are in PDF format.

What is the best way to set up FP 2003, so that a visitor
to my website can just "click" and the file is
automatically downloaded onto their computer.

Tom,

Open your Web
Got File>Import
Import the PDF files
You can now just set the links to them.
