As I understand it all Office 2008-specific templates are already available
on your system unless you did a custom installation & chose to exclude them.
Got to File> Project Gallery - New in order to access them.

Templates from Office 2004 are available from the Mactopia site:

and you can also use many of the ones on the main MS Office site:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/FX100595491033.aspx
