Downloaded Clip Art

I downloaded some clip art from the Microsoft site (http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/). Active X sent it in a file named Clipart.cil. I can't get Word 2000 to recognize a .cil file. I must be looking in the wrong place because I can't find anything about .cil files. What am I missing?

Double-click the .cil file, the images will automatically go into the Gallery. .cil
is a Microsoft proprietary compressed format.
