downloaded office outlook mails showing same date

configuring microsoft office for an existing ID in another machine showing
same date for all received mails. but inside the mail its showing the correct
sent date

Not much information to go by here but I'll give it a shot...check the
clocks on all systems involved paying particular attention to the time zone
settings.

I have checked all the settings of date and time. Its working fine in office
2007 but not in office 2003.
