Downloaded Visio 2007 then Setup Error

I have XP SP2 and I downloaded Visio 2007 Professional via my university.
When I extract it via MagicISO, and click on setup.exe, I get the following
error:

"The language of this installation package is not supported by your system"

I was not given an opportunity to define a language prior to this. Also, I
have tried extracting it by running the command: path of download "/extract:"
path to unpack . This just opend it in magiciso.

Please let me know how to install this.
