Office 2007 installation Setup.exe problem

N

NNBY

I cannot get the software installed! I purchased Office Professional Plus
2007 and downloaded from eopen. I uzipped the download then I double clicked
on Setup in the ProPlus Cab file in the ProPlus.WW folder. It asks me to
extract it. So I extracted it to the root (same place as I extracted the
download) and tried to run it from there. The installation starts, asks me
for my product key and I choose Upgrade. Then the progress bar gets halfway
across and a window pops up saying it can't find Setup.exe and asks me to
browse to a valid installation source!!! Am I extracting Setup.exe to the
wrong place? I have tried other locations such as in the ProPlus.WW folder,
with less success.
What am I doing wrong?

After unzipping the download, there should be a Setup.exe in the root of the
extracted folder - you should never need to dig into any of the subfolders,
and especially into the .cab files.
