Downloaded workspace not showing in list

We have several workspaces shared among three users. Everyone is running
Groove 2007. One of the workspaces was created pre-2007. One of the users
experienced a HD failure and got a new computer. Because her saved account
was too old to use (>60 days, now I know), she created a new identity and we
invited her to all workspaces. All of the workspaces download to the new
computer (showed as downloading on both computers) but the workspace that was
created pre-2007 doesn't show up in the list of workspaces. We have invited
her and seen the download happen multiple times, but it still doesn't show up
in the list of workspaces. Anyone have any ideas?

Has the new identity been set to allow old workspaces?

Choose Options -> Preferences -> Security from the Launchbar and make sure
the bottom check is cleared.

Sorry for the late response. The step you suggested didn't work. We ended
up inviting the new account from another account/identity and it finally
finished downloading and showed up. Specifically, doing the invite from my
desktop and laptop (which share an account, Laura) didn't ever seem to
finish, but doing the invite from Bob's laptop allowed it to finish and show
up. I appreciate the help. Thanks.

hi... i fixed this problem by going into options>prefs>accounts and removing
the old computer from the accounts section
i resent the invite from another manager and once confirmed it all started
working again
