I'm afraid you've posted this in the wrong newsgroup -- this one is for
general discussion about Microsoft Access, the database program. But I
don't see any easy solution to your problem, no matter where you post
it. Depending on what you're downloading, maybe you can order it on CD.
Failing that, maybe you can get a friend with a high-speed connection to
download it for you, and then hook up with you to transfer it between
computers.
