downloading a video my server times out

i am creating a new page with a video in it, when i go to save the page my
server times out...any suggestions?

Have you contacted your web host regarding this problem?

That's 73 meg!!?? (or 7.3meg(?))

You probably have a limit of traffic transfer, or limit on upload file sizes
or something....
