Downloading ActiveX controls?

When attempting to open a custom field on PWA 2007 using IE6, I
receive a prompt that says you must download PWA ActiveX controls in
order to access, then asks if I wish to download the ActiveX control.
When I answer "Yes", it navigates me away from the current page and
plops me right back to the custom field list.

Please help.

Have you tried navigating to another view that requires the ActiveX
controls (Project Center for example) to install the controls, and
then go back to the Custom field? If that doesn't work, try deleting
the ActiveX controls and then reinstalling.
