downloading and adding a border

I see free borders and would like to use them but can't
figure out how.

I know how to download and add a font to my Word program
but I can not figure out how to add a border to
Word...
Format...
Borders and Shading...
Borders and Page Borders menu.

I'd appreciate any help.

To use Clipart Borders, you need to size them to fit the page.Right Click
the border select format picture then layout tab and change word wrapping to
behind the text. you can not add borders to Word Borders and Shading
