Downloading clip art at the Microsoft website

I have suddenly lost the ability to view clip art on the miscrosoft website.
No matter what I search for, I am brought back to the same screen.

Using Microsoft Windows 2000 5.00.2195

Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete
