downloading data foreign characters

Hi,

Im downloading data from our database. but since the database data is
in foreign language excel converts the characters to unreadable
characters.
Example is "¹ÔµÂÊÒà ÃÒ¤Ò 25 ºÒ·"
This was suppose to be in Thai characters.

Can you guys help me with this? it will really save us a lot of manual
process if I can get this fixed.
