Downloading Home & Student onto netbook (has no CD capability)

Hi, I have Ofice Home and Student 2007 on my desktop and have recently bought
a netbook andf I want to download it onto the netbook. As there is no Cd slot
on the netbook, I am not sure how to get it onto it. I've had a look at the
site and it seems that I can do it and put the product key in but I can't
find where I actually do it.
