Downloading Office 2003 SP3

When I try to download Office 2003 SP3 using IE6 from

A small window opens and immediately closes and I go to a page that says
"Thank you for downloading.....". As far as I can tell the download never
occurs.

I've no idea what is in the small window for it comes and goes to quickly.

I finally got a good download. Now I just have to decided whether to
install it or not.
