downloading pop messages to different folders

As stated in the subject, I would like to be able to have
my different pop servers download the messages download to
different folders, not all into the "inbox" any help would
be greatly appreciate.

go to Tools -> rules wizard
and start creating rules. Its pretty self explaintory.

You can use a Rules Wizard rules to distribute the items based on the
account they're arriving on.
