When I attempt to download the service pack, I get an
error that tells me that my "C:\Config.Msi\PT7e.tmp has
been changed and can not be accessed by this patch" then
the only option I have is to cancel the download. I
believe that this SP is vital because Word is telling me
that it doesn't have enough memory, that it can't fire
and event and it changes the font when I convert
documents to .pdf. Can anyone geive me any advice on how
I can fix this problem?
